Unfortunately, as a frozen food product, our smoothie cannot be returned.

Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange

Valid goods accepted for returns must be, in unused and preferably unopened, or in the same condition in which they were delivered.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% fee for returning and refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of up to £15 on the product.

We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g. - out of date, ripped packaging).

We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.

It’s simple. Just add 200ml of apple juice, coconut water or milk etc to the blender, empty in contents of sachet and blend for 30 seconds. Add a little more juice if you think it’s too thick or want a longer drink. No need for ice as its already frozen!
We absolutely DON’T use insulated courier deliveries as the product is not guaranteed to arrive completely frozen as it should be. We use, refrigerated / frozen vehicles operated by HACCP accredited contractors only. These are temperature controlled and offer traceability etc.
All our prices are INCLUDING free delivery within mainland UK. And remember as soon as you buy more than one delivered pack then discounts apply. The more you buy the more you save.
If you are ordering our frozen smoothies, then delivery within UK mainland is FREE OF CHARGE but remember, you need to buy a minimum of 6 cases.  For every box ordered over this, the price of each case is reduced further.
Please allow 2-3 working days usually for delivery. We don’t deliver on a Bank Holiday Contact us, to confirm the next delivery, to avoid disappointment.
If you are only ordering non frozen products, we will deliver within 36 hours assuming we have your order before 10am the previous day. Our orders are sent via reputable couriers (DPD is the usual one)  and you will receive an email/text on the morning of your delivery with a 1hour timeslot.
You card security and its protection, is paramount to Usmoothie, so we do not store any card details and will always require you to confirm the details each purchase. At checkout, you will either chose to pay by credit or debit card via Stripe, where your data is protected by the 3D security system in place. If you chose to pay by PayPal  you must have access to and be able to log into your PayPal account, to allow this to happen. Depending which method, you chose, you will be directed to Stripe or PayPal to complete your transaction and then returned to the Usmoothie website.
