PreGel Frozen Yoghurt and Soft Serve Ice Cream Mixes
The slightly tart and refreshingly healthy treat of frozen yogurt has been taking the U.S. market by storm over the last few years. In frozen yogurt form, the Pregel Yoggi / Yonice has reached new heights in the North and South American markets and fostered the reinvention of frozen yogurt.
The unique flavor of frozen yogurt has also spurred industry magazines to continuously list frozen yogurt as one of the hottest trends in the dessert industry and is forecast to take off in 2012. The PreGel products are extremely easy to work with and are ideal for all makes of Frozen Yoghurt machines.
These are premium products and make a superior tasting frozen yoghurt / soft serve ice cream than that typically made from Comelle / Angelito. For the Yoggi Soft / Yonice products you simply add 1 litre water to around 300gms of the mix and add to your soft serve frozen yogurt machine.
Pre Gel Tenerissimo Yogurt / Pregel Fiore de Latte are the only products that are approved for use in the Ugolini Mini Gel Soft Serve Frozen Yoghurt and Ice Cream Machine. Simply add ca.2.3 litres mik per bag to make 3 litres of mix, which will then produce up to 3.9litres of ice cream / frozen yoghurt.
Typical shelf life is 2 years.
