If credit card / bank details are taken over the telephone then these are securely destroyed immediately the payment has been processed and under no circumstances are retained for subsequent use

2. Our use of Cookies and other information gathering technologies

We only accept payments over the website using Paypal as our merchant. When you create an online order, request or feedback that is then passed on to the relevant destination using their secure features, this includes credit card verification. Firewalls are used to block unauthorised traffic to the servers and the actual servers are located in a secure location which can only be accessed by authorised personnel.

6. PCI DSS compliance – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

We only accept credit cards on this website via Paypal and we are fully compliant with the PCI DSS. In particular we undertake an Annual PCI Self Assessment and a Quarterly Network Scan.
