The La Spaziale S5 EK Special Automatic comes in 2 and 3 Group models and is ideal for any location serving over 150 cups per day.

Heat Exchanger At the heart of every La Spaziale machine is their unique patented system for heating the water for coffee delivery. STEAM is used to heat a small individual boiler for each group ensuring consistent temperature of the water as it reaches the coffee, regardless of number of drinks produced. This is essential for producing the best result from your coffee. Being able to change the brew temperature on this machine means that you can experiment with each blend of coffee you use to find its ‘sweet spot'. This enables you to get the best from your beans and produce consistently great shot of espresso time after time.

Easy Clean Groups As most espresso enthusiasts know, having a clean machine is essential for producing consistently good shots. Any old ground coffee trapped in your group head will impart bitter and rancid flavours on your espresso. La Spaziale have developed a unique system of shower block and dispersion screens which are easily removed. This arrangement allows the operator to really get inside the group head and ‘see' what going on. There is no longer a need to rely on aggressive chemical back flushing without knowing if the machine is clean or not when finished.
