Overview of Blendtec Chef Blender

Designed with the chef in mind, Blendtec introduces you to a totally new Blender designed for commercial and institutional kitchens called the Blendtec Chef blender. This Chefs Commercial Blender is designed to be a chef’s best friend by having more than enough power to handle any combination of ingredients while offering a way to repeat often-used cycles.

 

Working in conjunction with leading chefs and institutional clients, Blendtec has come up with a truly unique Blender offering for a back of the house application. Now a chef can find the best combination of speed and time settings for a given recipe, then save that to the Chef blender’s memory, and have a chef's or kitchen assistant continue to replicate that same recipe throughout the day. This means the chef can have more time for other tasks while knowing the recipe can be replicated time after time with the same results.


The Chef blender is like no other blender currently available and has Blendtec’s proven performance and reliability. It utilizes a tried and tested blending platform but integrates new control and memory functions.

The Chef Blender includes two different size J2 Finned Copolyester BPA Free jars, a 64oz with 3" Blade, and a 96oz with 4" Blade, both blender jars feature vented gripper mix-in lids, with markings in both ounce and cups


Blendtec don't recommend specifying horsepower to measure the power of these blenders - better to use watts (which is simply amps x volts).  If you still prefer HP then you can obviously get an approximation by dividing the watts by 746.
