Having scoured the market we decided to import them direct from the manufacturer to be sure of top service and quality . Be careful of apparently cheaper Far East machines, they'll invariably let you down a few months in, just when you don't need it.

Also we are an official Blendtec distributor and service agent for the UK - be wary of the middlemen and their extra mark ups.

All our machines are backed by a full warranty (lifetime on the blade and motor coupling) and in the unlikely event of problems we have our own in house engineers to sort them out.
