Repair and Maintenance Options for Blendtec Blenders
Usmoothie has a dedicated working relationship with a Blendtec fully trained and approved engineer with many years of experience. If Graham can't fix the problem then nobody can!All repairs are undertaken on a "return to base" basis, as this is the most cost effective way of working. However if you need a site visit then please contact us to discuss your requirements. Most Blendtec blender faults fall into one or more of three categories. We can arrange for all these faults to be repaired and the indicative prices are as follows.

Before any work is undertaken an initial assessment is carried out for a fee of £25.00 (payable in advance)

Once your payment has been received and confirmed you will receive instructions on how and where your blenders should be despatched.
As a general rule please remember to package your blender securely and NOT to send the jars etc. - we only need the motor base. Also don't forget to include details of the fault and a return address label

Although the Blendtec blenders have a wide range if pre-programmed cycles, we find that many clients have there own unique way of preparing shakes. Our dedicated authorised Blendtec service engineer can custom program your blenders to give you the milkshake you want each time and every time.
Prices vary depending on the (complexity and quantity) of your requirement.
