These single flavour machines are extremely flexible as they can prepare soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard or sorbets.  To save time in addition to the standard Gravity (G) model a pump / self pasteurisation (P/SP) is available - simply pour the ingredients into the hopper and very shortly you are ready to serve.
